The Gay Men Project’s Five Year Anniversary

C'est moi.

C’est moi.

Today is the five year anniversary of the Gay Men Project. And in a couple weeks will be my one year anniversary working as a contributing journalist with NBC Out, the LGBTQ section of NBC News. Big thanks to everyone who has stood with me these past many years as I have pursued not only my many passions, but also a life filled with purpose. I’ll continue doing work that I believe makes the world a more caring and tolerant place, and I’ll hope that you will continue standing with me. Because your support, friendship and love have sustained me throughout these many years, and I want you to know how much I absolutely appreciate you. Thank you for standing with me, and thank you for being in my life. with love, kevin.

I want to congratulate you for your invaluable work, which was so much needed. I believe people may have thought about this issue before, but had a hard time figuring out how to deal with it.
You succeeded, and with a fair, sensible and sensitive approach. It was/ is not an easy task and for it I want to thank you so much

It’s kinda late to say congratulations on your 5th anniversary, but I’ll say it anyway because it’s such a beautiful work what you do and it has a huge impact on other people’s life. Your work offers gay men an absolut new concept of what it means being gay nowadays, in a world where old stereotypes are still so prevalent and we catch ourselves with no perspective or good references sometimes. So thank you, honestly. Keep it up! Igo Rolim – Brazil
